The individual needs of each employee are assessed to determine their development needs, taking into consideration their personal career aspirations. Then if desired, appropriate training can be organised ranging from on the job training to professional qualifications.

Health & Wellbeing
At PRM Group we understand the importance of employee health and wellbeing. We offer staff the opportunity to partake in a variety of initiatives, including walking club, free fruit Friday, health checks and wellbeing workshops.
Additionally, we offer all employees access to our fully serviced canteen, which serves a variety of healthy meals daily. Our drivers receive free healthy snack options, refreshed daily, providing them with a healthy substitute to the usual food offered at Service Stations.
