For 35 years, PRM Group has been at the forefront of Ireland’s food industry. We are proud to be able to celebrate our many successes and milestones throughout our time in business. As a business we have grown from strength to strength by identifying opportunity, embracing change and developing long lasting relationships.

Company Timeline

1988
Established in October when Philip and Lynne Morrow identified an opportunity in Chilled Food Distribution and formed PRM.
1990
Following the successful launch of Muller in GB, PRM saw the potential to bring this new brand of yoghurt to Ireland.
1992
As a result of the success and rapid growth in the NI market, Muller partnered with PRM to expand their distribution across the island of Ireland.
1996
To facilitate increasing demand and growth, PRM purchased the current 6-acre site on Rathdown Road Lisburn and construction began of a 30,000 sq. ft temperature-controlled facility.
1999
PRM establishes 3rd party logistics contract with Karro.
2000
PRM further increased warehouse capacity to 45,000 sq ft.
2001
PRM and Alpro began their journey to make plant-based products more accessible for Irish consumers.
2006
PRM launches PRM Haulage, providing in-house and 3rd party transport services throughout the UK & Ireland.
2006
PRM acquired the Galberts brand and production facilities.
2009
PRM secured the distribution of Unilever Ice Cream portfolio in Northern Ireland, including HB Walls and Ben & Jerry’s.
2009
Our CEO & Founder,
Philip Morrow was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme.
2017
PRM acquired the Cottage Desserts brand and production facilities.
2018
PRM Group celebrated 30 years in business.
2019
PRM acquired an additional site to begin the development of a new facility in Lisburn in line with strategic ambition to further grow the business.
2022
PRM refreshes its corporate identity.
