Company Structure

Our business is structured across four main divisions – Commercial, Operations, Service & Production which provide a platform to deliver our range of services.

Providing total control of the product journey, from supplier to customer, our unique business model provides a cost effective and efficient route to the Irish Market.


Our Commercial function acts as the link between market leading brands and our customers across Ireland.

We understand the Irish food industry and we help brands to create a sales strategy that meets the needs of our wholesale, retail and foodservice customers.

Currently our portfolio includes over 1500 products across 30 brands and we manage approximately 300,000 cases of chilled and frozen products a week.


Our Operations function is responsible for the physical movement of products with a focus on freshness and efficiency.

We take ownership of products from the factory gates, transporting them to our 55,000 SQ FT BRC Accredited facility in Lisburn, Co. Antrim.

Orders are prepared to meet all presentation requirements, ready for distribution to our customers across Ireland.


Across the areas of Quality Assurance, Technology, and Finance we manage a variety of services to support the supply chain.

We provide a wide range of services in-house to ensure maximum control over our suppliers’ products and our customers’ orders.

From customer trading account management, to bespoke software development, our service teams are there to assist our suppliers’ and customers’ needs.


Our two BRC AA grade production facilities in Ireland specialise in producing a wide range of products across a number of categories including chilled desserts, wet salads, garlic bread and meal accompaniments.

In addition to the branded products which sit within the PRM portfolio we also have extensive experience of manufacturing private label or co-packed products for retailers and suppliers across GB, Ireland and Europe.
